Senior Director, Marketing – Consumer Initiated Testing

Responsibilities


•         Serve as the Senior Marketing Leader on CIT business; designing, executing and consulting on marketing strategies and tactics that will accelerate growth and gain market share

  • Develop and articulate strategy for consumer direct channel (DTC) as well as key sales channels for consumer initiated testing


•         Direct $60M+ in working media, non-working media and technology spend related to driving performance, experience and ultimately LTV for the business


•         Implement a multi-year strategic roadmap to enhance reach, conversion and retention through digital product and marketing activities while enhancing brand preference and perception.

  • Lead full-funnel marketing planning and measurement system with eye towards channel efficiency and mix optimization
  • Lead prioritization of new campaigns, features and functionalities to drive optimal growth and brand health
  • Serve on Marketing Leadership Team, contributing to the broader strategic decisions across business and brand and team culture
  • Liaise with other functional leaders to guide a unified approach to the customer that meets market demands
  • Drive alignment between clinical product opportunities and digital product potential
  • Manage marketing spend on programs and use spend effectiveness measurement to improve programs and resource allocation
  • Ensure tight coordination with franchise, align with senior leaders, including SMT members, around the needs and progress related to success of direct to consumer business

 

 

Qualifications


•         Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s degree a plus


•         Minimum 15+ years success in a D2C marketing role; healthcare experience a plus


•         Experience leading high performing teams and building strong team cultures


•         Up to 25% business travel required


•         Ability to lead diverse, cross functional teams and in a matrix environment


•         Ability to serve on Executive Leadership Team of business line (e.g. customer segment, region, etc.)


•         Excellent project leadership skills to hold team members accountable for delivery on goals and expectations


•         Superior communication skills including ability to deliver formal business presentations to executive leadership


•         Superior strategic thinking and analytical skills to synthesize market/customer insights to identify business opportunities and paths to overcome business challenges


•         Strong capabilities in leading others to analyze data and demonstrate quantifiable opportunities or results
